David Bohm (1917-1992) zum Quantenpotential bzw. der De Broglie-Bohm-Theorie: „... Bohm vertrat nun die Meinung, dass Information tatsächlich objektiv sein kann und dass sie einen zentralen Platz in der Physik einnehmen muss. Quantum Secret or Science Fiction:
More than 30 years ago a neuroscientist and a nuclear physicist worked together to answer a question, which is asked in the humanities:
Quotation taken of [5]: „… we present now the hypothesis that the mental intention (the volition) becomes neurally effective by momentarily increasing the probability of exocytosis in selected cortical areas such as the SMA neurons (31). …“

The two scientists postulate interdisciplinary - beyond the known physical science - a specific impact on the probability of single quantum events (tunneling of electrons) by conscious in the brain.

- Try to imagine, that the postulated impact on the probability of state changes of single particles may be reproduced technically outside the brain and can be used for technological purposes e. g. communication?
